Glen and the team installed a set of 3.5:1 ratios in my Troopy for an overseas trip. Did a fantastic job and I was really pleased. But the icing on the cake was their amazing aftersales support when I was stuck in Italy - the importer had used a forklift to move the Troopy which bent the tailshaft and snapped the pinion! Anxiety levels went up a touch for me and the misses! My Italian is pathetic and so I relied on Glen as a sounding board to help me navigate the repairs by a local Italian diff shop - he was great and put our minds at rest on so many occasions.
